Elin and Sarah are looking for 2 new housemates in this gorgeous terraced house on Amesbury Avenue right by Streatham Hill station and a short bus ride from Brixton.
House includes a living room and dining room; garden with shed; gas hob cooker and dishwasher; cleaner bi-weekly.
We've been a very fun-filled house with BBQs, house parties, house holidays! And some interesting occasions at Streatham Wine House ;) :p Two of the girls are moving out to work abroad and live closer to work.
We're looking for two fun young professionals to join our house who like to keep things tidy and also want to socialise together.
Bills are about £110 extra to rent per month which includes council tax, water, gas&electricity, cleaner bi-weekly and Sky TV with internet (plus Sky Cinema!)
