This stylish two double bed apartment is situated in the heart of Streatham Hill. The flat is modern and has a Tesco with in the building. There’s a lot of transport links, we are close to Brixton, Balham, Clapham Common and Clapham Junction. It’s easy to get to the city centre, Gatwick airport and other hot spots.
I am a young professional female and I have a double room to rent in a two bedroom flat near Streatham hill. The room is En-Suite, fabulous spacious and sunny. It’s furnished, has a double bed, build in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a book shelf. It will be freshly painted before your arrival! There’s an option of a desk being left for those who might work from home. The flat is on the second floor, we have a fancy lift with mirrors, that being very important :)))
The apartment consists of spacious living room, open plan kitchen and a balcony. Extra amenities include a car parking space, which we hold a permit for and a communal garden.
The dish washer, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer have recently been replaced. We have an air fryer, self cleaning oven and a well equipped kitchen should you want to cook a storm :))
You will be sharing the flat with myself. I am a tidy and considerate person, very easy to live with. I love cooking, yoga, hiking, up for a new adventures any time!
