The room is newly renovated on the ground floor of our historic townhouse, located near Streatham hill station and Tooting common.
Current residents are professionals -working in finance, teaching and tech.
It’s a great place to enjoy social time in the kitchen, front room, or kick back and relax in your room.

Comes furnished with new dark velvet King bed with storage, wardrobe, chest of drawers, large desk for working from home and armchair.


Ensuite bathroom with power shower and its own separate toilet was fitted in the last 2 years.

Streatham Hill station takes you to Clapham Junction in 10 minutes, or Victoria/ London Bridge in 20 minutes.
Streatham High Road has many restaurants and cool bars – or head to Balham, Brixton or Clapham all close by.
