Excellent location for rail links into London Bridge, the city and the West End. 5 mins walk to Streatham Hill overground and 10 mins walk to Balham underground (Northern Line) and rail station.

Brixton and Clapham also close - 10 mins bus ride or 5 mins in an Uber. Balham, Streatham, Brixton and Clapham have a good range of shops, gyms, pubs, bars, restaurants.

We're a friendly, open-minded couple - work in digital and film. Run our own businesses. Ideal tenants will be professionals. All we ask is that you respect a few simple house rules and pay the rent on time.

If you like animals you're in luck. We have two pets - a cat called Tiggy and a working cocker spaniel called Kiwi.

Street parking is available. You need to buy a permit via the Lambeth Council website.
