The bedroom is located on the top (second) floor and overlooks the garden, offering a quiet and private space.

All bills are included (council tax, management fees, water, electricity, gas, broadband and TV licence), along with household consumables such as toilet roll, dishwasher tablets and cleaning products. A cleaner for the shared areas is also included.

You'll have full use of the kitchen, shared living spaces and garden.

Deposit is £300, and 1 month’s rent to be paid in advance. Minimum stay is 3 months.

The house is located in Streatham Hill, just a 1-minute walk from several bus routes, a 7-minute walk to Streatham Hill Station, and around 10 minutes by bus to Brixton or Clapham Common Underground stations, offering excellent transport links into central London.

This is a friendly and welcoming household. I am a resident homeowner and work as an A&E doctor, so my hours vary including nights and weekends. This is a friendly household and a ***family household 70% of the time***. We have had great lodgers over the years and look forward to welcoming another friendly face.

I am open to discussing pets, including small, child-friendly, house-trained dogs.

This room would suit an easy-going, friendly female professional or mature student who is comfortable living in a family home. References essential.
