2 double rooms in a spacious/period 3 bed flat 5 mins walk from Streatham hill station.


I do humanitarian and development work and travel for months or so at a time, and then also love to climb and travel so you'd basically have the place to yourself for most of the next 6 months. The right person is more important than the amount, so tell me a bit about yourself if you're interested and feel free to make an offer - I want someone friendly and trustworthy who can look after my plants! I'm back in the first week of March so keen to meet / show people around and decide on guests then...
The smaller room has a double bed with storage under, desk, chest, shelving and an open hanging rail.

The bigger room has also has a wardrobe and a bigger chest.


Separate large living/dining room with a 75" TV. A nice balcony off the modern kitchen. Gigabit WiFi.

My room is on a separate floor and off limits even though I'm away.

Streatham hill itself has lots of coffee shops/restaurants and bars. There's a Gail's on the corner and good cafes to work from too. Brixton/Herne Hill/Balham/Peckham/Tooting etc are also all accessible. Tooting bec common and Brockwell park are both good for running, and there's a little park with tennis courts at the end of the street. Streatham hill station goes to Victoria in 18 mins 4x an hour. Buses to Brixton are more frequent than tubes but if you cycle, Brixton is 7 minutes down the hill.
