We’re looking for a friendly, easy-going person to join our house share. The room is available from August 1st.

The house is in a great location in Streatham Hill, close to the shops, cafés and restaurants of Streatham High Road, with Brixton also just a short bus ride away. Streatham Hill Station is only a 5-minute walk from the house, so transport links are excellent.

We’re a friendly group of young professionals, currently 3 men and 1 woman. As we like having a mixed household, we’d ideally like to find a female flatmate to keep a good balance in the house.

The house is clean, tidy and well looked after, with a cleaner coming every two weeks for the communal areas. We’re quite sociable and enjoy spending time together from time to time, whether that’s a glass of wine, a Sunday roast or the odd barbecue, but everyone also has their own life and space.

The rent includes all bills and Wi-Fi.
