2 Doubles in Streatham Hill!

I’m renting out 2 bedrooms in my flat in Streatham Hill. The flat is in an art deco building less than a 5 minute walk to Streatham Hill train station and a 10 min walk to Streatham Station. There are buses every minute right outside the flat to Brixton tube which take 10-15 mins.

It's a large flat, 1000 sq ft. There is a separate kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and a large separate living room. The whole flat has been redecorated and is fully furnished. It’s a 3 bed flat.

I will keep my bedroom there and only stay 1 night a week for work, as I live in the countryside.
The flat has been up for sale for the last year and no offers have been made, due to poor market conditions.
There may be the occasional flat viewing but this has been about once a month at most.

If the flat did sell, you would have at least 4 months notice.

The bedrooms are big and have a comfy double bed with chest of drawers and wardrobe.
There is also a communal garden.
