Looking for a friendly person to join our house share.

We have a single bright and airy bedroom available in a newly refurbished five bed house. The house has four other double bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen, three bathrooms (you would share one of the bathrooms with one other housemate), off-street parking and a private garden. The room is fully furnished.

You will be living with four super friendly working professionals. Katie (30), Jack (28) Uxue (32) and Aman (32). We're all friends and like to spend time together while also hanging in our own spaces and coming and going. A super easy-going house.

Great location: 5-minute walk to Streatham Hill Station (train). Excellent bus links - a minute walk to the nearest bus stop that has tons of buses that get you to Brixton (Victoria line) in 10 minutes, Clapham Common and Balham (Northern line). Lots of great restaurants and supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, M&S, Co-op, Tesco) within a couple of minutes walk.

The room is available to sublet from 4 September and the rent would be £700 per month which excludes the bills that usually come to around £100, usually less in the summer. We do expect this room to go quickly so please DM if interested for more info xx
