A room in a 3 bedroom flat with a double bed. This is definitely a home not just a flat share. ☺️ We have a lovely size living room which has a balcony. Brixton station is about 15 -20 min journey on the bus, or 30 min by feet. Streatham hill station is about 8 minute walk. There is pure gym 3-4 mins away. Nandos is on our doorstep which comes in as a treat! 🥰

About us 👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼

The flat is like our home, I’m the current housemate and have been living in this flat for over 5 years now, I’m originally from Latvia and the other housemate is a lovely girl from Manchester. We both work most of the days however we always find time to catch up or do some nice things together ☺️ We have built a friendship and are looking for someone to join us. Sadly our 3rd flatmate will be moving in with her lovely bf🥹

The rent is 860 inclusive of bills. (This could go up from September as a new contract is signed, depends on the landlord. Ps he is amazing and we have gotten so lucky.)
