Bathroom: Well, it’s a bathroom…with a shower, not a bath. You’ll have some draws to put your things in.

Livingroom: Full use of the living room. TV, settee, oh and the fridge-freezer is in there too 🙃. I’m going to buy a dining table and chairs.

Kitchen: Smallest kitchen ever, but has everything you need, gas hob/grill/oven, kettle, Britta filter, Nutri Bullit, washing machine and the pièce de résistance, a double draw, 9.5l air fryer - “oooo” , “what!?” “No way!”

Located in Streatham Hill (borders Brixton and Clapham).
Can walk to Streatham Hill rail station , or get the bus to Brixton or Clapham Common. It really is a short bus ride, or a 25-30 minute walk.

Pets, smoking and candles are not allowed.
