Good size double in friendly flat share

The room is a good sized double furnished with wardrobe, bed and chest of drawers.

We have a large shared living room with amazing views across London, kitchen, bathroom, utility (washing machine) room and lots of storage. The landlord is great and very reactive if there is ever an issue but there hardly ever is, other than that he very much leaves us to it. This is a private rental but the landlord does require reference checks.

Rent is not inclusive of bills so all in it is roughly £955 (at the moment).

We are a 1 minute walk to Streatham Hill Station, 10 minute walk to Tooting Common, 30 minute walk to Balham tube and less than 15 minutes bus ride to Brixton tube (or 40 minute walk). We have a coop and a tesco across the road, Fitness First a few doors down or Pure Gym is a 7 minute walk as well as nice bars, restaurants, and coffee shops all around us.

About us

Louise - I'm 37, lived in London for about 7 years, originally from the South Coast. I'm a PA / office manager working in construction. During the week I'm either out for dinner /drinks, rehearsing (I sing in a band) or chilling in front of Netflix or very occasionally attempting the gym! Weekends I'm often away visiting friends and family.

Dani - I’m 27 and work in marketing. Outside of work, I’m usually reading, at the gym, or out catching up with friends. I’m friendly, easygoing, and like to keep the place tidy and comfortable. I enjoy a good catch up over trash tv but also value downtime and personal space.

Whilst we’re always up for a natter we’re both pretty busy and not around loads. We’re definitely not a party house but it is a home so we want everyone to feel comfortable having friends / partners over! We like to keep the space clean, tidy and cosy.
