The house:
The house has been fully renovated. The house has a nice south facing garden. A large living room, a good size kitchen. There is one bathroom and an additional toilet room (I have an en-suite). Streatham Hill train station is very close by. There are also several buses into Brixton 7 mins walk from the house.
The bedroom comes fully furnished.
All the bills are included. That's gas, electric, water, broadband, council tax. Also included is a weekly cleaner for the common areas.
