We're looking for a female lodger for this fabulous very large double room in a spacious, comfortable detached 6 bed house with large garden, backing onto the lovely green wide open space of Tooting Common.

The room is very large (5.5m x 5m) almost a home within a home with a grand comfy double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair and desk. Large window across one wall looking out onto the common. Rent includes all bills including council tax and wifi.

You have access to numerous rooms and amenities including your own dedicated bathroom. And shared use of kitchen and utility room.

We are looking for a female professional who is neat and tidy and does not WFH Monday - Friday 9-5..

We are a working professional couple. late 50s, early 60s with 1 grown up daughter who lives with us. We have also have a small friendly dog, a miniature schnauzer called Nellie.

Parking requires a permit but we have excellent transport links, Streatham Hill station is a 10 minute walk, Balham tube and underground 15 minutes walk or 5 minute bus ride, both areas have an array of shops, bars and restaurants.
