Room to Rent – Recently Renovated House, Streatham

Top floor available in a recently renovated 5 bedroom house in Streatham, spread over three floors with a sunny garden. 6 min walk from Streatham hill station, 1 min walk from Nandos.

The space: You’ll have the whole top floor to yourself, two rooms (perfect as a bedroom and study/office), plus a bathroom with a bathtub one floor down, shared with one other housemate on the second floor.

The house: Two separate lounges, a proper garden, and a big BBQ with a keg on tap for summer get-togethers, we love hosting and there’s always something going on. Oh, did I mention Ozzy, our 1 year old Staffy pup, he loves to eat things and is very good at sitting.

Us: We’re looking for someone clean and tidy who’s happy to get involved, come to BBQs, join the parties, but also gets that balance between having fun and getting on with life. Preferably a girl as we’re currently 2 boys one girl.

Bills are approximately £150-200 per month.

The Housemates

Koum (couple with Em): likes documentaries, CrossFit (currently on hiatus) likes a tidy house

Em (couple with Koum): likes CrossFit (at milo), food and wine and hosting, doesn’t like tfl, flaky friends and truffle

Robbie (Emily's male cousin): resident South African staying with us til Dezemba, likes biltong and DJs

Ozzy: likes tv remotes, cuddles and play time, doesn’t like when you don’t share your dinner

You: likes dogs, being social, works hard, plays hard
