- New appliances (<2 year old washer, dryer, fridge freezer)
- Two living areas both with a TV (one in the kitchen still to be installed)

About us:

Restrictions
- This is not a house share, we are not looking for student or that kind of mentality
- A place to have big parties
- Overnight stays unless agreed by the landlord
- Lounge use reserved for the landlord

- Less than one minute walk from the high street
- 5 minutes walk from Streatham Hill station
- Buses to Brixton/Clapham/Balham and Streatham Common at the end of the road

Couples
- We are open to couples, but the rent will increase to £1,600

5-day discount
- For 5-day usage the monthly rent will reduce to £1,000 (£1,200 for couples) and relevant bills will be pro-rated
