Spare room in Streatham Hill - furnished and ready at the end of September though the current photos are from before it was furnished

Living with me - Catriona. I work in the city in a law firm and spend the weekends out doing sport.

Someone clean, tidy and not a party house at all. Send me a bit about yourself please and ask any questions! No minimum or maximum stay.

It's in streatham hill which is near the train station but I get about by bike and find that the public transport connections aren't great. There's some nice restaurants in the area along the main road, m&s, lidl, pure gym and waterstones. Nearest parkrun is Tooting and the nearest lido is Brockwell park.

It's a very quiet flat, the only noise is the foxes in the garden at night. I'm very chill in the evenings, just reading or watching telly and up early in the mornings. I keep my bikes in the flat and you're welcome too as well.

The big bedroom is available for 900 plus gas and electric bills
