Large double room in lovely flat!

Hello! I am looking for someone to move into the spare large double room in my flat. My friend has recently moved out to live with her partner.

I am sociable and enjoy relaxing evenings in, sometimes a drink and food after work, but I am also respectful of space. I work in hospitality and work Monday - Friday day times, mostly in the office. I usually have some weekday evening and weekend plans, so split my time between going out and having a chilled evening in! I love all things food and restaurants, trips to the pub and the occasional dance! I'm looking for someone who is friendly, enjoys a relaxed but clean living environment and has a good balance of home and social life. I enjoy an evening cooking with a glass of wine as much as a chilled Netflix evening!

The flat also has a spare room with a desk to WFH available to use, if needed, and a sofa bed for any guests you might have stay. The lounge /kitchen is on the top floor with lovely views and sunsets!

There isn't a specific car park space for the flat but there are some shared spaces, behind secure gates, which can be used. There is also a locked bike shed.
The flat has a lounge/kitchen with a seat area and views, sofa area and the kitchen with table. There is a shared bathroom with a bath and shower, and the spare room with a desk and sofa bed. The flat has a dishwasher and anything else you might need for cooking!

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, blinds, wardrobe, shelves and mirror. The wardrobe is very big and there is also storage under the bed!

Streatham Hill station is a two minute walk and there are many links on the high road to Brixton (tube), Balham, (tube and train) and also down to Tooting and Streatham Common (train).

All bills are included in the price. I'm happy to consider short or longer term lets and also Monday - Friday if it's right.
