The available room is super spacious, bright, and airy, and it comes fully furnished with a large double bed, desk with drawers, a wardrobe, and a desk chair, perfect for working from home. The flat itself has been recently renovated, with plenty of natural light.

The location is also great for commuters
• 7 minutes’ walk to Streatham Hill station for easy access to central London
• 20 minutes’ walk to Balham tube & railway station
• 5 minutes’ walk to Streatham High Road, packed with great shops, cafés, bars, bakeries, with a lively and youthful vibe.

I’m a flatmate who’s friendly, and considerate, and keeps spaces tidy, and looking for someone similar :)

No smokers or people with pets (due to allergies), unfortunately :(
