My current flatmate is moving onto the property ladder, so the room in our flat will be available at the end of his tenancy.

The room is unfurnished, but it does include a built-in wardrobe with plenty of space for a desk if you WfH.

We are a garden flat with direct access to a huge communal garden (complete with BBQ), which is rarely used by others in the building.
The flat has:
Washing machine
Two storage cupboards
Dishwasher
Electric oven & hobs
Shared bathroom (bath shower unit).

There is space to store bikes inside, and the flat is 5 minutes from Streatham Station, a 15 minute bus ride from Brixton Tube.

A bit about me: I’m 30, originally from Newcastle, and I work in the charity sector. I’m an active person—running twice a week with a local club, and also playing football and softball. I enjoy the occasional pub trip but equally happy chilling in the living room.
