The 1 x Room available is almost self contained from the rest of the house, with own kitchen, a large double bedroom en suite, brand new clean bathrooms, and plenty of storage space and polished wooden floors. This advert is for the room as per photos.
This will suit a serious professional who has to work in London , preferably six months or more, but does not want to stay in a hotel or have the palava of renting somewhere and dealing with all the bills. These are included in the price, and we can provide bed linen and towels if required as well
The shared kitchen upstairs has a small dining area adjacent, and another spare bathroom. We provide a key for the side gate to park your bicycle safely.
It is a quiet residential road. Parking requires a permit, alternatively you pay for just 2 hours a day Mon-Fri
Streatham Hill has excellent bus routes to central, west and east London via Brixton (Victoria Line) & Clapham Common or South (Northern Line). Streatham Hill overground takes you to Victoria. A short walk or bus ride to Tulse Hill overground takes you to the city. We are surrounded by open common land, perfect for jogging. Streatham Hill has a Marks & Spencer food hall, Sainsburys and Tesco local and a Co op.
