We have 1 x lovely en suite room available to rent at the top of a large yellow brick Victorian House in Streatham Hill suitable for a serious professional who needs a quiet space..
You will be sharing kitchen facilities with other people but not with the Live in landlord at bottom of house.
The Room available is almost self contained from the rest of the house, being at the top, with an equipped kitchen, a large double bedroom en suite, brand new clean bathroom, and plenty of storage space and polished wooden floors. This advert is for the room as per photos. The shared kitchen upstairs has a small dining area adjacent, and we provide a key for the side gate to park your bicycle safely.
All bills are included in the price, and we can provide bed linen and towels if required as well. To be honest this will suit a person looking for a short let.
