The flat is off the main road so fairly quiet and is also a 10 minute bus away from Clapham Common and Brixton tube stations, as well as a 10 minute walk from Streatham Hill train station.
I'm the current tenant of the property. I previously lived in the property with my wife who now studies abroad and my current flatmates who live in the spare room are moving out.
I'm a friendly person but I'm happy to respect your space and privacy as much as you'd prefer. I do have a young cat called Ruble but he will moving to stay with my wife in August.
