I am in the process of selling my beautiful flat so looking for someone/a couple to move in short term.

Rent and bills package is £2050 and it’s available 1st April for 3-4 months. I am flexible though, get in touch for a chat.

It’s located in Streatham Hill, short bus up to Brixton. Really lovely neighbours and it’s a great little community with 10 other flats in the building. There is also a bike shed and communal gardens.

The flat will come fully furnished(if you want), coat hangers, chest of drawers, sofa, bed etc. it’s got plenty of storage space as well.

It’s a new build and lovely and cosy and bright with a gorgeous balcony that overlooks a lovely green space- perfect for the months over summer. Neighbours are all so lovely! Council tax C and Excellent EPC rating.
