Purpose-built flat set back from the main road in a quiet Streatham Hill estate. Brixton is about 10 minutes by bus and there are loads of supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and parks nearby. The Crown & Sceptre pub (with pool tables) is less than a 2-minute walk away.
How the flat is set up
I live here too and have my own bedroom and my own lounge space. The two tenants have their bedrooms plus a separate shared lounge, along with the kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. It works well because everyone has their own space but it’s still a friendly flat.
