A beautiful 2-bedroom ground floor flat less than 5 mins walk from Streatham Hill Station with a lovely big grassy garden - south facing so always sunny!

We love this flat and have enjoying living here for the past 3 years, but we’re now buying our own place so need to get out of our lease a few months early.

Perfect for a couple and with space to use the second bedroom as a study if you work from home. Main bedroom is a small double and second bedroom is a single.

Open plan kitchen/living area with breakfast bar, underfloor heating and bifold doors that open up onto the garden. Makes for a perfect entertaining space but cosy living if it’s just you.

The garden is grassed and there is an electric lawnmower and plenty of garden tools in the new shed we put in. It’s low maintenance with not many plants to look after. I have really enjoyed becoming quite green fingered while we’ve been here, experimenting growing different plants, plus runner beans, potatoes, tomatoes, courgettes and much more. Essentially the garden is a great blank slate and can be whatever you make it!

There is side access into the garden via a locked iron gate. The next door neighbour shares this access alleyway and is very security conscious so we’ve never had any issues or concerns! There’s then your own private garden gate to which you’ll have the key.

Furniture and white goods-wise, there is a fridge/freezer, washing machine, double bed, wardrobe, microwave, 4 kitchen stools and an armchair. There’s also a fire pit in the garden! TBC whether the sofa and day bed pictured will be available.

The neighbours are no hassle and the agency and landlord have been good to us.

Under the Renter Reform Act 2025, this tenancy would be an Assured Periodic Tenancy, which means you could give 2 months notice at any point.
