Bright double bedroom available in 3 bed flat in Streatham hill. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, and large mirror. It gets the afternoon/evening sun and the whole flat has gorg views over West London.

Rent is £880pcm + around £130 for bills.

Move in date from Sunday 3rd May onwards.
Move out 20th july latest (this is when the tenancy ends).

The flat is super bright and quiet. There's also a shared garden and access to the roof from our back door, which is ideal for sunbathing and morning coffees.

The flat is on Streatham Hill/Streatham high road with plenty of shops/restaurants/charity shops/pubs etc. We're a 5 min walk from Streatham Hill train station (10 min train to Clapham Junction). It's around 12 mins on the bus to Brixton/Balham for Victoria & Northern Line (& bus stop right outside the flat 😀) Or just under 30 min walk to Brixton.
