Rent is £880pcm + around £130 for bills. Move in date is Sunday 3rd May although this can be a little flexible.

The flat is super bright and quiet. There's also a shared garden with a gardener and access to the roof from our back door, which is ideal for sunbathing, morning coffees & hosting dinners 🌇

The flat is on Streatham Hill/Streatham high road with plenty of shops/restaurants/charity shops/pubs etc. We're a 5 min walk from Streatham Hill train station (10 min train to Clapham Junction). It's around 12 mins on the bus to Brixton/Balham for Victoria & Northern Line (& bus stop right outside the flat 😀) Or just under 30 min walk to Brixton.

Currently sharing with 2 girls in their mid-late 20s who may also be relocating over the next couple of months. I have been here for over a year and a half and I am very sad to leave.
