I’m looking for a friendly, professional person aged 30+ to take over my room by the end of May (move-in date can be flexible).

I’ve lived here for 3–5 years, and it’s honestly been a really lovely home. My flatmates aren’t just people I live with we’ve become good friends over the years. They’re all working professionals, easygoing and sociable, and we’re hoping to find someone who’ll feel at home here and fit in naturally.

The flat has three double bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, one main bathrooms plus an extra toilet, and a bright living room with a balcony great for relaxing or catching up after work.

Location-wise, it’s super convenient just a 3-minute walk to Streatham Hill station, with about a 40-minute journey into Central London. There’s a Marks & Spencer nearby, plus lots of local shops, cafés, and restaurants. If you enjoy a walk, there’s also a lovely park about 20 minutes away.
