I’m looking for a friendly, professional person aged 30+ to take over my room by mid June (move-in date can be a little flexible).

I’ve lived in Streatham over 5 years, and lived with my friends over a period of 3-5 years and honestly been a really lovely home. My flatmates aren’t just people I live with we’ve become good friends over the years and will miss them dearly. They’re all working professionals, easygoing and sociable, and we’re hoping to find someone who’ll feel at home here and fit in naturally.

The flat has three double bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, one main bathroom plus an extra toilet, and a bright living room with a balcony great for relaxing or catching up after work watching series or just chatting away!

Location-wise, it’s super convenient just a 3-minute walk to Streatham Hill station, with about a 30- 40-minute journey into Central London. There’s a Marks & Spencer nearby, plus lots of local shops, cafés, and restaurants. If you enjoy a walk, there’s also a lovely park about 20 minutes away.
