* Everyone values their own space but is friendly and considerate

🍽️ Kitchen & shared spaces

* Clean up after yourself (wash up or use the dishwasher)
* Dishwasher can be run when full and ideally emptied when clean
* Please be mindful with cooking smells and ventilate when needed
* Keep shared areas tidy after use

* Feel free to use the washing machine
* Just be mindful not to leave clothes sitting there once finished

* As it’s shared, please be considerate with time, especially mornings and evenings

* Occasional guests are absolutely fine
* A quick heads-up in advance is always appreciated (ideally around 24h)
* Overnight guests are not a regular arrangement and should be agreed beforehand
* Guests shouldn’t be left in the flat alone

* A cleaner may come occasionally, but everyone is expected to maintain the flat day-to-day
* Shared areas should be kept clean as part of normal use

* We generally keep shoes off inside the flat
* There’s a shoe rack by the entrance to keep things tidy
* It helps keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone 😊

* If you ever use something that isn’t yours, just let the person know and replace it 😊

🗑️ Waste & recycling

* Bins are located at the entrance: green bin for recycling and black bin for general waste
* Inside the flat, we use a bag in the kitchen for dry recyclables (plastic bottles, paper, packaging — no food or wet items)
* Collection is on Wednesday mornings, so we just keep an eye on it and take things out as needed 😊

* Please be mindful with usage (heating, lights, water, washing machine, etc.)
