Large, bright double bedroom available on a residential street in a Streatham Hill house share.

Situated on a quiet residential road, the house includes a kitchen, study room/spare bedroom (for any friends that need to crash for a a night), and a large living room. Two bathroom suites, a separate toilet and a private rear garden. Streatham Hill Rail Station is close by (5-10 mins walk), provides access to Central London via Clapham Junction and London Victoria. Brixton is a short bus ride away (10-15 mins). Takes less than 25 mins to get into Central London on an E-Bike!

The house is furnished. The room is not but the current tenant is happy to discuss leaving furniture (e. g. bed; drawers etc). Room includes access to the garden.

You would be living with three male professionals aged 26-28. Myself (Mob), Marco and Peter. Marco and I are Civil Servants and Peter is a Professional Archaeologist.

Looking for someone who is easy going and happy to go to the pub, hikes, watching films/TV together and sometimes do meals together.

The room is £825 PCM and bills come to under £150 a month, but sometimes less. Council Tax Band F. The tenancy currently runs till March 2027.
