THE HOUSE: big living room, big kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom to share for the other 3 rooms. Balcony in the kitchen. Garage and secured parking for car.

THE FLATMATES: Alissia works in events, likes cooking, being outdoor and plants. Jo works in hospitality and likes cinema. Phoebe works as a social media manager and likes craft.

THE BILLS: Internet, water, electricity, gas and council taxes. Bills vary with seasons. Winter time is around £150 per person, summer go down to about £80pp.

THE AREA: small Tesco and Sainsburys 2mins walk, Lidl/Coop 5mins, big Tesco/Aldi/Waitrose 15 mins walk. Many different gyms at a walking distance. Streatham hill station 5 min walk. Streatham station 15 mins walk. Brixton station 15-20 min by bus. Bus stops right down the apartment.

Cats are allowed, dogs small and medium size are welcome!! 🐶
