Hi everyone! I’m a 35-year-old creative female looking for a housemate for a lovely double room in a 3-bed house on a quiet road in Streatham Hill.
The house is a 7-minute walk to Streatham Hill station (easy trains to Victoria & London Bridge), 20-minute walk to Balham tube via the common, or a short bus to Brixton. Close to loads of shops, pubs, restaurants, bars and gyms.
You’d be living with me (live-in landlord) and one other housemate from Leeds who’s only around a few nights a week for work. I work in food, so the house is usually well stocked and sociable. The house is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, and a sweet little garden.
Looking for someone friendly, tidy and sociable - up for the occasional pub trip, TV night or summer festival. Ideally not working from home.
