Hi everyone! I’m a 35-year-old food stylist looking for a new housemate for a double room in a lovely 3 bed house on a quiet road in Streatham Hill.
The house is a 7-minute walk to Streatham Hill station (easy trains to Victoria & London Bridge), 20-minute walk to Balham tube via the common, or a short bus to Brixton. Close to loads of shops, pubs, restaurants, bars and gyms.
You’d be living with me and one other female house mate who has lived here for 5 years but is relocating back to Leeds and will be part time during the week (so we have loads of space)!
The house is sociable, relaxing, and always well stocked with food! It is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, and a sweet little garden. You are welcome to have your room furnished or unfurnished.
Looking for someone friendly, sociable - up for the occasional pub trip, TV night or summer festival. And who is tidy and likes to live in a nice home! Hybrid working situation is preferable.
