Summer Sublet - Streatham Hill - £800pcm

Hi all

I’m going travelling this summer so I’m looking to sublet my room between 12th July-1st September. It’s a good sized double, gets plenty of light, has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a large desk and office chair if you need to WFH. Kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. There’s a shed out the back if you need a bit more storage space and we have access to a large shared garden. The price is £800 PCM with all bills included.

The flat is just on the Streatham Hill/Brixton Hill border, it’s close to Clapham/Balham/Streatham/Brixton with plenty of nearby amenities. It’s about 10 minutes walk from Streatham Hill train station, 15 minute walk to Balham tube station or 10 minute bus to Brixton station.

You’ll be staying with two lads in their late 20s/early 30s, one Irish and one english, both friendly and usually happy to chat but also often doing their own thing. It’s a relaxed vibe, def not a party flat. All genders/sexualities/nationalities etc welcome.
