Girls Nights, Takeaways & a beautiful flat!

I’d love to find someone who is looking for a home rather than simply a room.

My current flatmate of 4 years is moving abroad at the end of our tenancy, so I’m looking for someone who wants to create a friendly, comfortable home together. Ideally, you’re someone who enjoys the occasional TV night, catch-up over dinner, or glass of wine after work. Equally, I completely respect that we all have our own lives and need our own space too.

The flat is located in Streatham Hill within a lovely modern development. It has a private balcony, concierge, residents’ gym, and beautifully maintained communal gardens which are perfect for enjoying sunny days.

The flat is largely unfurnished, although I already have most of the furniture and furnishings in the shared living spaces. You would mainly need to furnish your bedroom, but I’m always happy to discuss any furniture you’d like to bring and see how we can make it work.

A bit about me:

I’m 31 and work in recruitment. I commute into the City on Tuesdays and Thursdays and work from home the rest of the week. My current flatmate and I both work from the flat and comfortably share the living space while being mindful of meetings. There is also room for a small desk in the bedroom if you’d prefer a dedicated workspace.

Outside of work, I’m sociable and enjoy making the most of my weekends. Fridays often involve a takeaway and a quiet night in, (I love a crime thriller series & anything reality tv!) while weekends might include dinner with friends, drinks, a day party, brunch, or hosting at home. I’m a big fan of girls’ nights, taco nights, and generally bringing people together. If I have friends over, you’re always welcome to join.

I’m easy-going when it comes to sharing household essentials such as milk, butter, kitchen roll and condiments. If something runs out, we simply replace it. No spreadsheets required! Whatever works for us.
