Bright spacious double room in a nice 3 bed flat

I’m moving out of my flat in Streatham Hill so my double room is becoming available. You’ll be joining Finn and Jack, 2 sociable lads in their early 20’s who are respectful of everyone’s space and time but are always down for a chat or a pint after a long day. We’re looking for a like minded person who will be sociable but respectful to join them.

Both Finn and Jack love sport and movies so often we’ll sit on the sofa in shared living room/kitchen and chill out. Finn works in Sports Journalism and is in the office most days and Jack works as a Tech Consultant and works a mix of from home and in the office. Photos of Jack and Finn have been added for reference.

The room has lots of natural light and is very airy and is big enough for a desk if you work from home (as shown in the photo) and has plenty of storage with a double wardrobe and chest of drawers.

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with Finn which is spacious and clean. The kitchen / living room is a shared space and features plenty of storage with a huge fridge/freezer. The kitchen/living room also has loads of natural light coming through.

The kitchen/living room also backs onto the garden which is large for London. We’ll often sit out on the decking and chat or have a bbq. There is also a shed for any storage purposes of a bike etc.

The flat is a 6 minute walk to Streatham hill station - from here you can be at Victoria in 18 minutes or London Bridge in 35 minutes so it’s perfect for commuting.

Balham is also a 15-20 minutes walk away so you can access the northern line easily and also the overground there.

Tooting Common is a 5 minute walk away so there is an abundance of green space and a huge park to walk around.
