Spacious double bedroom in houseshare

I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in Streatham from the 1st of July to the 25th of August.

There's a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. It's next to the bathroom with a bath and shower, which I share with four other housemates. There is another bathroom and shower downstairs.

I'm looking for someone who's friendly, clean and respectful of other people's space as my housemates will be around. My housemates are four girls, who are all lovely and very tidy. We're on a quiet street not far from Brockwell park, and a ten minute bus ride to Brixton where I usually get the victoria line into central.

The price listed includes council tax, water, gas & electricity and wifi bills.
