If you do work from home, this would need to be a maximum of two days per week Unfortunately, the room would not be suitable for anyone working from home more frequently than this.

We are looking for a quiet, considerate lodger who values a calm living environment. This is not a party house, and we kindly ask that there are no frequent guests or no overnight visitors, in order to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all residents.
