Large room in lovely Streatham Hill flat

I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in my lovely Streatham Hill flat.

The flat is big with a large living room, a separate kitchen, two bathrooms (one recently renovated), a separate office room, and a garden. It’s on a lovely street about a seven minute walk from Streatham Hill station.

The room is very large and fully furnished.

I’m a sociable professional and tend to work from home two to three days a week. I’d really like a flatmate who will treat the flat as their home. It’d be nice to find someone who is happy hanging out and cooking for each other sometimes, etc. as I’ve found that’s worked really well with previous flatmates, but someone laidback and friendly is the most important thing.

Very happy to consider well-behaved pets!

The room is available now but move in date is flexible.

I plan to look for a third flatmate a bit later this year so whoever takes this room can also help choose them.
