Room available in huge Streatham Hill flat!

Sadly I am moving away from my gorgeous and wonderful flatmate for a new adventure so my huge room is up for grabs in this large 2 bedroom Streatham Hill flat! It comes fully furnished and is a new renovation, with a room with a double bed and inbuilt wardrobes and is complete with constant candles, flowers and bottles of rose to make a house feel like a home. We also managed a 7ft Xmas tree this year!
My lovely flatmate Hannah is a 28 year old powerhouse female working in politics and is truly a delight to live with - whether you need a good gossip with some chocolate or completely your own space, it's up to you.
The flat is a 3 minute walk from Streatham Hill station and 15 minute walk to Balham, connecting you to Victoria and the northern line super easily!
Bills aren't included but the place is already set up with everything, so will just be a case of splitting them - usually amounts to maximum £190 each pm (including Lambeth Band D Council Tax, water, electric and wifi - which is super fast for those WFH!)
