Cosy Double Bedroom in Streatham Hill

Hello, our flatmate is sadly moving out and we are looking for someone to replace them!

We are looking for someone who is tidy and organised, who enjoys socialising but also doesn’t mind doing their own thing. It’s also preferred you don’t work from home 5 days a week to match our schedule already!

The room fits a double bed, a desk, and there’s space for a wardrobe or chest of drawers. It comes unfurnished, but our flatmate is willing to sell any furniture the new tenant wants. While it may be on the smaller side, our communal areas are big and have lots of room for storage if required! We also have a patio space for soaking in the sun!

Our flat is located above Streatham High Road, with easy access to multiple tube stations such as Balham, Stockwell and Brixton and a bus stop right outside our flat, with lots of pubs, cafes, and restaurants in the surrounding area. It’s a 5 minute walk to Streatham Hill Station or 20 minute walk to Streatham Station. Tooting Common is also a 5 minute walk away if you want to stroll in nature!

About us:

Naomi, 32, works as a giftware designer which comes in handy with the mugs we have on offer! An early morning person who enjoys travelling around the world, going to gigs, visiting exhibitions and long walks. Loves a kitchen chat but equally does her own thing in the evenings.

Emma, 28, working in publishing which means free books! Also an early morning person who enjoys reading, cooking, going to gigs and theatre, along with hanging out with friends. Tends to keep to herself but is up for playing board games if you are!

While the new contract will start on the 17th September, you would be able to move in from the 7th ☺️
