We’re looking for a new housemate, in one of the greatest houses in south London.

Our beautiful home is a fun, kind and friendly atmosphere - we’re looking for a new housemate to rent a bright and airy double room.

We’re a home of female professionals, in our early 30s and the best golden retriever there is. We like spending time together, as well as having our own busy lives.

The girls are as kind as they are creative, fun and clever.

We’re looking for someone that matches the energy of the house, enjoys watching good or trashy TV, is keen to share a bottle of wine or pitch into cooking together from time to time.

And very importantly, loves dogs.

The house is spacious and a great place to live near Streatham Hill station, well connected to Balham and Brixton tube, and close to Tooting Bec Common.

We live in a beautiful Victorian townhouse, with a sizeable garden.

Rent: £ 830 a month
Bills: £ 155 a month

The room is rented unfurnished, but the wardrobe, bed, mattress and a desk can be sold at low cost to new tenant.
