A bright double room is available in our three-bedroom house in Streatham Hill, available from early September.

The house is one of the things we all value most. It's a genuinely welcoming place with a large modern kitchen/diner, a separate living room and a shared garden, so there's plenty of space to relax outside of your bedroom. We all take pride in keeping the house clean and looking after it, and we're hoping to find someone who'll enjoy doing the same.

The room is furnished with a double bed, desk and other furniture, all of which can stay if you'd like.

The location is ideal, with Streatham Hill station around 7 minutes' walk, Tulse Hill station around 10 minutes away, and regular buses getting you to Brixton in around 10–15 minutes.

You'll be living with two friendly professional males (aged 28–30). We're sociable and always happy to have a chat or watch something together from time to time, but everyone also has their own routines and respects each other's space. We'd like to find someone who is looking for somewhere to call home rather than just a place to rent.

Rent is £700 per calendar month, with bills typically coming to around £80 per month, including council tax, Wi-Fi and utilities.
