Looking for a new flatmate in our lovely 4-bedroom

Hello!

I’ve received a short notice PhD offer and I’ll be moving out of the country by October 2nd 2026 (move in date flexible until 22nd October) and I’m looking for someone to replace me!

This is a 4-bedroom flat on Streatham High Road, close to every single amenity you could think. There’s a Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Co-op, and M&S within a 7 min walk, as well as Streatham Hill Station just 5 min walk away! The bus stop is just down the building, so getting anywhere is super accessible and convenient.

The room itself comes furnished with a double bed, a big wardrobe, a desk, a small bookshelf, and a big commode. There’s loads of storage, including under the bed too.

There are two bathrooms: one full, and one just a sink and a toilet

The kitchen is spacious and leads to a small yet cute fire escape where you could put a small table and chair.

The living room is big and we’ve hosted a few dinners and tv show binges!

You’ll be sharing with 3 other girls: Charlotte, Sofia, and Vee who are working professionals/PhD students and who are absolutely lovely, kind, and funny. I’ve really had such a great living experience here (especially after such traumatic London stories).
