Sadly our housemate is leaving so we have an incredible room opening up in upper floor flat with gorg sunsets/sunrises in Streatham Hill.

We are currently in talks with our landlord and estate agents for rent increase, the room is currently £925 excluding bills (roughly around £105 each) and will be avaliable from October!🫶

You’ll be sharing the house with three girls, aged 28, 29 and 30, all professionals working healthcare, civil service and languages. We’re a sociable flat who hang out together with drinks at the pub or days out, but also have our own busy lives and schedules. Looking for a girl to join the flat (though may consider a male), in their late 20’s to early 30’s. Sorry, no students.

The flat itself is spacious, light and homely. There's a small kitchen with back door opening onto a fire escape, lovely for morning views with a cuppa. Large living room, with lots of light. Bathroom with bath and separate toilet. As it’s located on an upper floor, we have a small lift too. It’s in a gated community, with access to two communal gardens, lovely to sit in in the summer. No parking within the gates but temporary parking for unloading/loading. Street parking available on the side street (you may have to apply for a permit for this through Lambeth).

- Easy Public transport to Balham, Tulse Hill, Herne Hill, West Norwood, Clapham and Tooting
- On the high street (within 10 mins walk): cinema, pubs, fast food, charity shops, Boots/Superdrug, bakeries, coffee shops - Gail’s has recently opened and parks! We are a short walk from Tooting Bec Lido too!

We are looking for someone in their late 20’s to early 30’s but open to other ages if we have similar vibes!

You will be living with Lindsay (30), Victoria (28) and Rebecca (29). We work in the civil service, healthcare and languages. We love booking in a trip somewhere, dinner at somewhere new, decorating the flat for any occasion, baking for all to share and a cheeky Hugo spritz but are past the weekly clubbing scene!
