Bright Double Room in Streatham Hill

Hello! I’m sadly leavjng, so looking for someone to take over a large room in a friendly Streatham Hill house. The room is fully furnished with loads of storage - 3 chest of drawers and one large wardrobe, plus plenty of space for remote working.

It’s a 5-bed over three stories, and you’ll be sharing with other professionals who work in finance, physiotherapy and the charity sector. There’s a cute garden great for (end of!) summer, a shared living area, kitchen, 2 toilets and a separate bathroom with a shower.

The location is great, with Streatham Hill station just a 5 minute walk away, so you can get into central in under 30 mins. There’s also regular buses to Brixton centre that take about 15 mins. Tooting common is a 10 minute walk away, and there’s loads of coffee shops, nice bars and charity shops in the area.

For groceries, there’s a large M&S about 3 mins away, Lidl about 15 mins away, and small Tesco and Sainsbury’s close by too.

Move in date is potentially flexible a week or so either side. The usual reference/landlord check applies, but it’s pretty stress-free.
