Awesome Double Ensuite

Hi all,
I’m moving out to Kent so I’ll be giving up my room here.
I share with a great guy called Mark who is the best person to live with, really easy going and friendly and have got on so well living here so it’s a shame to go but that’s life. Mark works up town, mix of office and home, he likes the gym and cooking.

That room is a great size double with your own ensuite which has a shower, toilet and sink. It comes furnished with bed, closet, bed side tables , bathroom cabinets. Lots of under bed storage.

The flat is located 7 min walk from Streatham Hill station or 12 mins to Tulse Hill station. At the bottom of the road is the station and also a million buses going all over London all night. The flat is close to Hillside Park. We have a Londis opposite which is handy, M and S, Gail’s ans post office is 8-10 mins walk. Lots of gyms in Streatham and Tulse Hill to choose from.

We have a lift up to the flat and we also have a balcony. Bills are super cheap,
Mark is a single gay guy and would only want to live with a gay friendly person or gay themselves.
