Good-sized double room available in three-bedroom flat on quiet street in Streatham Hill - spent nearly 13 years here but all good things come to an end!

Area is very well connected (Balham within easy walking distance and Brixton a short bus ride away) and has plenty of green space nearby with Tooting Common at the end of the road.

Flat has a combined living/kitchen area with all the usual appliances, couple of sofas and a TV. The room available is nearest that end of the flat including the bathroom - spare room and wardrobe at the front can be used for additional storage.

Currently two male flatmates, both like to socialise and enjoy personal space in equal measure and keen for someone similar to join the group.

Bills - council tax (band D), energy, water, internet - come in addition to the rent and tend to average out at around £150 per month across the year.

Looking to confirm a new tenant over the next few weeks to move in from mid-November, though the room may be vacant a little earlier depending on my movements.
