A large 4-bedroom house spread across three floors. There is a separate kitchen-dining area with a dishwasher, as well as an amazing sociable garden. There is also a shed which is handy for additional storage.

There are 4 toilets in total – 2 en-suites, a family bathroom and a toilet on the ground floor.

The house is located halfway up a residential road in an amazing location, just a 5-minute walk from Streatham Hill Station and a 1-minute walk from buses to Brixton and the Victoria line. It’s close to lots of great bars, cafés and shops, with Tooting Common also nearby.

£900 pcm, with bills additional at approximately £120 pcm.

Housemate suitability:
Unfortunately, no couples, pets or smokers. Must be in full time employment.
