Spare room in streatham hill

Hi, my lodger is moving out so I have a room available in my flat. Its a very quiet flat and a really quiet building actually, with a shared garden space.

It is the double bedroom which has space for a desk of you needed to wfh.

I keep my bikes in the flat but there is also an outdoor bike shed.

About myself a bit, I work in the city and like to be doing activities like swimming and dancing in the evenings and then home is where I chill and just read or watch telly and tend to go to bed early. So it's nice to share the living room with a housemate but it's not a party house by any stretch! Of course you're welcome to have people over whenever and I have my sister round sometimes for a sleepover when she's working on the office.

Streatham Hill is a bit fiddly for public transport since it's either the train station or a bus to Brixton or cycling.

The building allows cats and one neighbour has her cat on a leash to walk around the garden so I have no problem with cats accompanying any lodger. Dogs require permission so would be trickier.

It's available for as long or short as you like. Any questions, just let me know :)
