Double Room in Spacious, Peaceful Home – Female Lodger Preferred

I have a comfortable double room available in a spacious flat shared with two women. We are friendly, respectful and fairly quiet, and we are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle — ideally a professional, working woman who values a peaceful and comfortable home environment.

For me, home is a place to relax, recharge and feel at ease, so I am looking for someone who feels the same way. This is a home rather than a party flat, and I would love the person moving in to feel that they are coming home to a welcoming and peaceful environment.

The flat is on the second floor and is spacious, with a large hallway and two bathrooms. There are two fridges, so there is plenty of space for everyone to store their food, as well as good cupboard and kitchen storage.

The bedroom has a large six-door wardrobe and there is also space available if you would like to bring your own desk or create a small workspace. There is a balcony which is lovely to have for some fresh air and a little outdoor space.

We also have a lovely one-year-old cat so the room would suit someone who is comfortable living with a cat and does not have a cat allergy.

The location is very well connected, with Brixton, Clapham Common, Clapham South and Streatham Hill stations all accessible within around 15–20 minutes by bus.

There are plenty of local amenities nearby, including Tesco Express just around the corner, Lidl, cafés, smaller shops and the shops along Streatham Hill.

Clapham Commonis also close by and is a great place to relax, with a lake, green spaces and cafés.

### Parking

There is parking available on the property for £80 per year for a resident parking permit. There is also free street parking directly outside, although spaces can sometimes be difficult to find.

Overall, this is a comfortable, spacious and peaceful home, and I am looking for a female lodger who is considerate, clean, respectful and enjoys a similar relaxed lifestyle.
