Bright, clean & large (15ft x 12ft / 4.5m x 3.5m) with a bay window overlooking a quiet rear garden. It has a Kingsize bed, two large double wardrobes with drawers. The bathroom has a Megaflo shower & is shared with just one other housemate.

House
Neat, spacious Edwardian house, massive lounge with 65" TV & dining room, well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer), breakfast room, study, guest bedroom, separate toilets (up & down) and a sunny south facing garden with fishpond, patio & BBQ.

Housemates
2 independent & sociable gay guys, both used to sharing, looking for someone who is considerate & tidy, likes a chat & a laugh and and the occasional bit of socialising.

Brixton tube (Victoria Line) can be reached in 20 minutes by bus day or night with Oval, Kennington, Clapham & Balham equally close.
