We’re looking for a fourth housemate :)
Landlady’s requirements for the new tenant:

-full time employment
The room is available now, but we’re flexible with the move in date. The furniture belongs to the previous housemate so would need to negotiate a price for keeping it with her.
Bills are split equally between the four of us and are roughly 50-150 each per month (gas/electric bill is quite high in winter).
